No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of AppealIQ AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our AI-generated appeal letters and analyses are tools to assist you; they are not a substitute for professional legal counsel. For complex cases, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.

Contingency Pricing

For represented appeals, we operate on a contingency basis — we only get paid if you save money. Our fee is 30–40% of your first year of savings. If we don't win your appeal, you owe nothing. Free tools (calculator, property check) carry no obligation.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when using our platform.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submission.
• You must not use our service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Intellectual Property
